Field Site DPS drift Program

Recommendations : (Don’t over Tax system)

• Run 4 never > 8 frequencies

(if need large frequency range use more than

one drift program.)

• Multiplexed well tested.

• Frequency increments  MHz, (250 MHz ideal)

• 8 Sampling ranges, never > 32 ranges (unless required)

• Use Automatic gains G=8 or 9 (under revision)

• Check Doppler spectral range (integration time)

High latitudes : 12.5-25 Hz

Mid- to Low Latitudes : 3-6 Hz
